It’s an old solution. It has an old-fashioned interface. The product must provide a compliance testing feature.

Every other thing can be improved. I think the reports can be improved. They're adopted.

They need to have some automation models embedded in them. If you integrate that, that would be a complete package.

The reporting could be better. Right now, what can be extracted is pretty standard, however, some clients want to dig deeper, and, in order to get more detailed information, we need to figure out our own reporting protocols. We have to manually pull many items instead of having the capabilities to just customize a report that fits our needs. There are some loopholes you need to be aware of from a security perspective.

The graphics and reports can be a little bit better. You can retrieve all of the data but it could be presented more nicely.

It's very hard to install materials. You need a lot of documentation. They should make it easier to install and configure the solution. It would be ideal if the solution was open-source. The solution should provide more materials to help with learning the system or troubleshooting issues.
