I want the product to be used more efficiently and for our system to connect easily with cloud services like AWS, Oracle, and IBM. We can also improve by adding advanced features like snapshots, replication, and encryption, allowing for more growth. Introducing features such as data duplication, data analytics, and AI-driven insights will improve its deployments. I've noticed a slight impact on performance, especially with high-end computing virtual machines for SAP HANA. While I don't have concrete data to support this observation, customers have raised concerns about discrepancies in performance.

Huawei FusionCube Hyper-Converged Infrastructure could improve the security of the solution. However, we are comfortable using it. Additionally, there could be more information provided for the solution and the interface could be more user-friendly.

The stability is poor as compared to VMware. It's a big issue for the customers as well. In our last two to three deployments we were having some issues with the hardware side. Huawei always offers its own hardware servers. However, there are stability issues associated with them. This isn't ideal when you have critical applications on the solution and you can't afford downtime. The solution needs to focus more on network security. We do have NSX and we are integrating multiple applications like Carbon Black. From our perspective, if we're talking about multiple data centers, Huawei needs to have a virtualized solution, which can better compete with VMware. Technical support needs improvement. There's a lot of language barriers.

The solution requires wider visibility on Google. You have to go to the Huawei website rather than searching for answers through Google. They should make it so that they have a wider audience and if answers to queries were widely accessible via a quick internet search. It would be helpful if the solution was able to collaborate or integrate with other well-known monitoring tools. Right now, you have to work hard to get it configured. It would be a good selling point for them if they could open up their solution to more integrations.

In terms of virtualization, we're currently supporting Zen, so to move to KBM is a problem. The solution currently does not have cloud integration. In terms of management, the solution could be much more user-friendly. Right now it's a very specific interface, and if you're not familiar with it, the configuration does take a while. There's a learning curve to handling it.
