What is your primary use case for IQ Bot?

We use the solution mostly for supply chain management. We use it for invoice processing and bill of lading.

It is primarily used for extracting digital documents. It scans documents and extracts data.

We use IQ Bot to extract and consolidate the information.

IQ Bot is used for extracting text data from structured and unstructured PDF files, written documents, and health care documents. We also use IQ Bot for extracting text from images.

I was using this solution when I was providing a service to a customer. I used the solution for invoice processing.

We use IQ Bot to extract information from our PDFs as well as for differentiating between them. I'm an RPA developer and we are customers of IQ Bot.

We are using IQ Bot for AI-related tasks such as document understanding and classification. For example, we are using IQ Bot to extract invoice data from various types of PDFs that come from different vendors. PDFs can come in different formats such as handwritten, printed, or scanned with images, and IQ Bot is being used to extract the data from these various types of PDFs.

I use it for invoice documentation.

The IQ Bot use cases were mostly, in the realm of intelligent document automation, extracting data from documents. The solution can be deployed on-premise or in the cloud.

We use IQ Bot to read complex PDF documents and invoices.

We have invoice data in the form of an image. With a normal task bot, we cannot extract the data from that. So, we are using IQ Bot to extract information or invoice data. I have worked on version 11.3.6, but Automation Anywhere has released Automation 360. I have been working on that for the last three to four months, and it has many good features as compared to version 11.

IQ Bot is good software, and our current version has good functionality. First, it helps to create an instance in the development environment. Then, it allows you to export this instance and import it to another environment like the certification or production environment. IQ Bot works well when an application generates a document, PDF, PNG, or other extensions. For example, documents or files are generated in an application like Oracle EVS, making the IQ Bot work well. In our company, we have only five processes and about 11 instances automated using IQ Bot. For example, one involves documents generated using PDF, and another uses PNG extension.

I mainly use IQ Bot to extract data from invoices.

IQ Bot is typically an artificial intelligence (AI) tool that looks at unstructured data to make some sense of it. Basically, you use it in accounting, accounts payable, and accounts receivable where you want to read unstructured data and turn it into something with which you can do something. We are using its latest version.

Our clients use it to extract details from purchase orders, like purchase order dates, purchase order numbers, and other details. It will extract it from that particular purchase order for a particular customer, and then it will feed it back to our ERP system.

We primarily use our IQ Bot for scanning documents that we get from the vendors. That is number one. We also use it as an HR input tool. When we receive physical documents from an employee wishing to join us, we run them past our IQ Bot solution, updating the master for all employees. Ours is a retail business, so we use the solution to do continuous management of our recruitment process. From this perspective, maintaining the records of our employees is one of our key challenges. We use the solution primarily for HR data input, although we also employ it for backups. At times we have to carry the nutrition facts as these relate to our billing cycle in respect of employees and customers. Should the employee or customer request this, we must scan the nutrition facts of all the treated goods into our system. Previously, this took time, as there were errors such as would be found with the different classes of sodium-potassium or something in a particular product. We do this with an IQ Bot, as well. But, this is at the proof of concept stage. We have not gone with the dark system, the HR system being light.

We used it with a construction company that was doing manual time sheet entries that had to be given to HR by the end of the day. They would then translate the time sheet data into digital data to process payroll, attendance, and so on. So, we were tasked to get that particular time sheet and then use the IQ Bot solution to automate extraction of data and further processes.

I am currently testing IQ Bot, and we are evaluating it from technical and business perspectives. We haven't yet put anything in production. We are looking into business cases, and we are also checking it out from the IT perspective in terms of how it works, what we can do with it, and so on. We are also working with the RPA part of Automation Anywhere. We are using one version prior to the latest one. They seem to have released a newer version, and we will upgrade soon. It is deployed in our AWS environment. It is more or less on-premise, but it is still in the AWS space.

IQ Bot has the capability to identify changes, for example, in an invoice set up in a particular format, and remap its settings to reflect the changes. Also, it has the ability to learn by itself.

We have automated several processes for several customers. We have used this tool to automate processes for a bank. We have also set it up for another customer to download purchase orders and put information in a database to consolidate the information they have in the SAP system.

I have worked on two processes. One process was pretty simple, and another one was a complex process.

We go into companies and help them automate their processes — that's really what we do. If somebody wants to automate their processes, we have a couple of partnerships. Usually what happens is, when our clients are scraping off the web, one client takes a report off the web, and then they publish it to their people. In the past, somebody would sit in front of the screen and they would type it in manually. Now, instead of doing that, a bot goes up, scrapes it up, and puts it into a file which they can then distribute. We'll take that stuff and then generate a file — that's what we do. There's the data that has to be brought in from two files, or is brought in from the web. They would combine that data to create the file.

My team uses IQ Bot primarily for unstructured data. Some of the use cases are related to capturing imagine-related data.

We have a group of customers that provide services for contact centers, and those customers have their own systems. Frequently, we can find opportunities for automation so we execute the analysis to search for what kinds of solutions we can deploy. After the development, we charge We use it with Automation Anywhere version 11.

We use it as an extraction tool.

This solution is primarily used for financial use cases like invoice processing and inventory reconciliation processes. Those are the classic use cases when we talk about IQ Bot. It deals with multiple types of invoices that have different structures, different data, and sometimes different images. This product has already been templatized and fits directly into any type of invoice coming in. If you have a new type of invoice then you have to train the tool to identify those new objects. We are partners with IQ Bot and also consultants. We assist our customers with implementing this tool. I'm an RPA director.

I use it for reading some data from PDFs. I am putting this data into Excel spreadsheets. I have used IQ Bot in my own installation as well as in the cloud. I have used it as a trial and as a part of a customer IT data center. I use it on a monthly basis.

Our clients use the solution to automate back-office processes such as credit requirements. They also may use it to review contracts and to process invoices.

We mainly use it for invoicing and other similar things. We use it to extract the data in different kinds of forms.

We are currently using this solution, and are interested in providing services to our clients in the future. We are using IQ Bot for the internal finance department. We are dealing with invoices from many different vendors.

The IQ Bot that we develop is actually for detecting text in a PDF invoice file. Companies generally have different types of invoices from different clients with different formats. We use IQ Bot to detect the information we need from the different formats. We plan to deploy this to our customers but meanwhile have two or three people using it in our company. We deal with the maintenance in-house. We use IQ Bot when there's a relevant project, it depends on the case. We are partners with IQ Bot and I'm an RPA developer.

I am a developer and I have used IQ Bot for one project. It is used for automation.

We used IQ BOT for document processing. It was semi unstructured data from the farms and some of the reports that were coming in. We were scanning them and then reading out the details and format and incorporating that in another application.

We use IQ Bot to improve the OCR capabilities in our automation.

We are using IQ Bot for sales order automation.
