We use the solution as a web application server. Multiple users visit our university website. The students watch live video lectures and download them.

We use HPE BladeSystem to develop some applications in Apigee, PHP, .NET, etc. We also use it for PDM i.e. project data management for applications like SolidWorks. Along with that, we use it for file sharing, and like a SaaS application for Webex, SAP, etc.

The system has versatile applications, as it can serve as a host for various environments, including virtual and DDI environments. Even the Horizon View environment can run exclusively on this system.

These are rack servers. We have data for banking services. We use Windows servers, mostly. We install applications and banking applications mostly, otherwise like some E-discovery services servers are there. We have almost 25 servers. Some of them are in a data center, and some of them are in-house.

Our IMS system, or internal information system, is run on the server. If we have some sort of issue with our student management system, then we run it on that server as well.

We are using HPE for the virtualization. All machines are virtualized, and we are using them in the clusters. They are highly available and set up on the default ones as well. For the DMZ, we use regular rack servers. Those are separate clusters.

We use it for direct authentication of the network storage of our files. We also use it for running some application systems, such as the student information management system and the accounting system. We have DL360 and DL380. For storage, we have HP 2000.

My company is working in media and we offer a solution for TV channels. We use HPE for classic IT usage but also for broadcast systems, to transport and deliver the signals to the TV channel. We use a BladeSystem for TV channel transcoding.

I Use this solution for my main production server, we use this for VM-hosts, and connected to HP MSA Storage as VM Data-stores via iSCSI targeting.

HP ProLiant BladeSystem share power, cooling, network, and storage infrastructure via the blade enclosure. Since equipment is not needed for each server, you get a dramatic reduction in power distribution units, power cables, LAN and SAN switches, connectors, adapters, and cables. And you can add the newest-generation technologies by simply changing individual components.
