It's not at the lower end of the market. I think the price is reasonable considering the quality it delivers. It is a top-notch solution at a fair price point.

CyberArk is mostly used by big companies, especially in finance and banking. It is not really for small businesses because the investment is quite large. I have seen cases where substantial discounts were given, but that is usually for big enterprises. CyberArk has extra costs for professional services on top of the standard fee. These services are a bit pricey, and unlike some competitors, CyberArk doesn't focus heavily on them. While helpful, be prepared for an additional expense if you opt for these services. I would give it an eight out of ten in terms of costliness.

They are not the cheapest. However, what they provide, compared to competitors, it is reasonable.

While the solution is excellent and highly rated on both Forrester and Gartner, it comes at a cost. I can't speak to the cost of the exact license. However, the professional services for one eight-hour day would be $1,800.

The price of CyberArk Endpoint Privilege Manager is expensive. The solution is priced based on the number of accounts onboarded and the number of concurrent sessions. Everyone else is included in the price, such as support. I rate the price of CyberArk Endpoint Privilege Manager a one out of five.

Pricing depends on how many devices you use. Right now, on-premise, it costs us a little, but it's worth it. It seems like the cloud solution is much more expensive. We got this solution one year ago, and it's like we bought the solution, and now they are not going to support it on-premise anymore. We are in the implementation phase, and we missed this, and we already paid for the licenses. This is wasted time from my perspective, and CyberArk should be more customer-friendly.

I'm more on the technical side. I don't typically deal with the pricing of products. I can't speak to the licensing, how it works, or how much it costs. That's handled by a different team.

I think that it was in the range of $200,000 that had to get approved. That may have been for the whole three to five years for the project length.

Although not for all customers, the deployment is usually on-premises and the license is usually a perpetual one. CA is a killer in the price point of view.

As I am the technical contact for this product, I do not have direct knowledge of the pricing. However, I can say that the licensing for this solution is based on the number of APV (privileged users), and the number of sessions that you want to record.
