The solution is easy to operate. Also, there is an automatic mode to make the business flow. You don't have to put any lines or arrows in a decision point in IBM Blueworks Live; it's very automatic.

I like the two-tiered approach, that is, discover and then drill down to the main steps. You can right click and attach risk, policies, and much more. It is a user-friendly solution.

The reporting that we can generate from IBM Blueworks Live has been interesting. We found the KPIs, risks, process modeling, format, and colors, to be very good. We use the EY template and it is interesting to generate reporting in this format.

For me, easy to use, easy to administrate, connect anywhere any time, flexibility to reassign licenses between users, unlimited number of blueprints, spaces, policies, decisions, glossary items, adding new functionality every 6 months, export and import facilities, team collaboration on the same project, workflow facilities to coordinate work, snapshots for version control, access control to view or modify blueprints, automatic diagram creation after the initial discovery, analyze and playback functions, and more.

Collaboration is most valuable. You can collaborate online with many people. People can comment, and you can comment back. It is just like a social network, and that, for me, is very good.

For me, what I find to be the most valuable is its simplicity and the association with Microsoft Office.

The business process discovery is excellent. The diagram or blueprinting functionality of the solution are very good. It's quite easy. You can link the sub-processes and get a big overview of the whole process then.

It has the ability to document in different formats. It is not tied to a specific model. You can look at it from different angles and see the intuitive nature of it. It always generates a valid diagram. You cannot create something that is not BPMN compliant.

You can use if from your mobile device or you can be on the desktop. It doesn't matter. You are always connected. It is cloud-based, so you don't have to install anything.

Business Process Design
What is business process design? Business process design (BPD) is the formation, from the ground up, of entirely new workflows. The process generally takes place at the very beginning of planning product development, production, and distribution. The end result of BPD is to create productive processes to ensure success and profitability and to achieve excellent ROI (return on investment). A productive BPD will also be very scalable and can easily be replicated. Ensuring your organization...
