If you are already using other Microsoft solutions for your computing, office, and enterprise applications, then Authenticator would be the best choice for you for multi-factor authentication. It is a lightweight solution and has met the needs for which the solution was developed. Therefore, I would rate Microsoft Authenticator at ten on a scale from one to ten.

Microsoft Authenticator doesn't require any maintenance. Microsoft takes care of upgrades and version changes. My advice to others looking into implementing Microsoft Authenticator is to go ahead. I highly recommend Microsoft Authenticator to prospective buyers, especially those using Microsoft products. Microsoft Authenticator is the perfect solution for two-factor authentication. My rating for Microsoft Authenticator is ten out of ten. My company is a customer of Microsoft.

I would rate the solution a 10 out of 10. I would advise potential users to familiarize themselves with the basics of the solution; how to set up an account, how to use the app etc. It's always a good idea to have a clear reason for using a particular solution, how it functions, and what role it fulfills.

It is pretty seamless for the end users, besides the end users having an issue setting up at times. It is a seamless transition. It is straightforward on the admin side to set up. As a consultant, my advice to any company is that when it comes to big changes, manage end-user pain or frustration. Communicate with the end users and let them know what's going to happen. Explain to them that they're going to be frustrated, but explain why this exists. I understand why it exists. So, it doesn't bother me, but our end users just hate it. I understand that they don't like it. Nobody likes it, but it is needed. You are never going to meet an end user who likes any type of MFA, but you need to be more clear about its purpose. I would rate it an eight out of ten.

I would rate this solution a nine out of ten. When we deployed Microsoft Authenticator for our clients, we initially had some requests for training. We delivered the training, and the end users could adapt to it; the transition was smooth. The solution is extensively used within our organization.

I'm a Microsoft customer. I'd advise any user to use MFA these days. There's not just war in Ukraine. There's also war in this kind of space and a multi-factor authentication method is a must just to make your cyber life a little bit safer at least. I'd rate the product eight out of ten.

We will keep using Microsoft Authenticator as a secondary solution. We prefer Microsoft SMS Authenticator over Microsoft Authenticator. I would recommend this solution to others. I would rate Microsoft Authenticator a nine out of ten.
