I give the solution an eight out of ten. I don't think there is anything wrong with Citrix ShareFile. I believe it is a perfectly good solution. There are numerous notification options that we can set up within the solution, such as notifications when the recipient downloads the file, runs the file and sends it back. We want to check with the external people we work with for the organization so our clients have better expertise to ensure that they do not block the service. One of the biggest issues, especially when working with financial institutions, is that they often block many file-sharing services. Therefore, we need to make sure that Citrix ShareFile is not one of them. We chose to use Citrix ShareFile because, for example, one of our financial clients did not block ShareFile, but it blocked almost everything else. Before we make a purchase, we must ensure that the solution we originally intended to use is not blocked by the client.
We recommend ShareFile to any of our customers who are looking for file sharing capabilities because it's very compatible, flexible, easy to manage, with encryption and good security. I rate this solution eight out of 10.

Citrix ShareFile is now called Citrix Content Collaboration, they changed the name. We have deployed it in our cloud mainly because products such as Dropbox are out of the country. In India, they wanted in-country for data localization. COVID has triggered a lot of file cloud demands, for file sharing and cloud desktops. As a result, we offer to bundle our file share services with our cloud desktop offering. I have tried many tools in the past, all from small vendors, but they lack support with the roadmap. Citrix has an enterprise-backing company and they have a good roadmap. It's an enterprise-scalable product with security. There are no challenges with Citrix. It's a great tool and I would definitely recommend it. It is very simple to use and it has the majority of the enterprise features. I would rate this solution an eight out of ten.
