"It would be interesting to enable Eightfold to have a user experience that is seamless in terms of single sign on to and from core systems of record. That is, the ability for a user or hiring manager/recruiter to go in and out of Eightfold back into their core system, whether that be Oracle, Workday, SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, etc. It would great to be able to go back and forth with a single sign on capability so that you don't have to log in and out of applications, where it's a bidirectional single sign on.""Eightfold could be improved by focusing on the employee experience. It is important that Eightfold understands how it forms part of the entire experience, especially as they continue to scale. Eightfold should make sure they understand how it connects with other solutions in our technology ecosystem to drive the full user experience.""We're doing user testing now, and on the calibration page, there's no publish button. I have to go to overview to publish it. It could be user error, but it would be nice to be able to easily figure out where buttons are and what they do.""There are some small product features that could be enhanced. Ease of use and the recruiter user experience could be improved.
