Quotes From Members
We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use.
Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"It's definitely improved the help-desk servicing, et cetera.""The most value we get from this solution is that everything is on a patch cycle.""Scripting and patch management are really important for us. Patch Manager is something that we use a lot, and we would love to have it continually improved. It is one of the most useful features for us for controlling patches and other things for different clients.""Remote access and detailed monitoring help us support our equipment.""This product saves us a lot of time and increases our efficiency.""The database is great. It's a nicely ordered database.""It is very scalable.""It allows us to manage all client requests, jobs and invoicing."

"The product's initial setup phase is easy with the help of the framework consisting of Microsoft Azure.""This solution has improved our organization through the provision of efficient resource utilization and capacity planning.""The managing and monitoring are the solution's most valuable features. They are something I find quite helpful in my work.""The interface is in continuous development and improves version by version.""I think it's stable, scalable, and flexible.""This is a good product and I recommend it."

Cons
"They could use some automated alerts particularly when we're talking about an MSP that might shoot over.""They always change the GUI to some dumb-down version of tiles which are more "user-friendly", but slows my team down in the end.""There could be better linkages between ConnectWise Automate and Manage from a ticketing perspective. Automate and Manage each has its own ticketing system. We use the one in Manage, but it'd be nice if they were linked directly to the one in Automate.""The wait time for a support ticket to be addressed needs to be reduced. They take a couple of days to get back. It is a little frustrating when we have to wait for a couple of days. A lot of times, the issue is critical for us. If we're reaching out to their support team and submitting a ticket, it is because we need it handled quickly.""I have a problem with the reports available on the solution. I don't understand how to work with the reporting functionality. For example, when I want to give a report for a specific machine, ConnectWise doesn't seem to have this as an option. I'm not sure if I'm missing something, or if the reporting functionality is just poorly conceived.""In Patch Manager, there should be more reportability so that it is easier to see the updates that I have applied to a machine and when the next update will happen. A lot of times, it seems like all the information is kind of thrown all over the place, and you can't really see it all at the same time. There should be a simplified patch data view that allows us to quickly confirm that our various clients are getting patched as they should be.""Scheduling of automation could be improved and made more simple.""The project management needs improvement and there's a section of the product called configuration that also needs to be improved."

More ConnectWise Automate Cons →

"I think that support integration could be improved.""Our customers would like to see the price lowered.""If the solution could provide better integration to make it easier to manage everything on different servers, that would be helpful. Whatever servers a company has, be it IBM, Dell, etc., if the System Management could be a platform that links all of them together, it would make management across different server types easier.""The quality of service and support for this solution needs to be improved.""The product should increase the processing capacity and allow speedy deployment, as both of them are areas with certain shortcomings where improvements are required.""The return on investment report is too difficult to understand."
