Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"The only thing that is really important for me is being able to connect from wherever I am. It is important for me because sometimes I am in places where there are not enough safe conditions to be able to work safely, in terms of security and confidentiality of my data. Being able to access internal resources from a secure platform allows me to work without fearing that my data has been stolen.""For the most part, overall stability is what you would expect.""The App is the most valuable feature.""The architecture I built had a robust failover mechanism for the endpoints, and the interface was user-friendly.""We've been able to scale the environment quite nicely by using the Citrix Remote PC. I can't say enough about that. And because that relies on utilizing your existing hardware resources, and making those available as a part of your Citrix farm — with a second level of authentication and security pieces around it — we added some 4,000 workstations without an additional overhead or cost.""Stable product with straightforward setup.""The most valuable feature is the automatic software upgrades because they take place on only three or four servers, rather than on 50 or 60 machines.""The installation and maintenance are good."

"Parallels Access has flexible licensing policies, which is beneficial for customers who have intermittent usage or users who are on and off the system.""It's got a very easy-to-use interface.""It's great that the total deployment can happen completely remotely.""We don't have problems with stability. Everything is good."

Cons
"Citrix's functionality depends on you having access to Microsoft Azure. Microsoft offers a broad range of features and solutions. Overall, it may make sense for some users to move all their services to Microsoft services.""Direct connection of USB devices on the terminals to be used by streamed applications is very important for printing and the usage of token authentication, but the current version does not support this one hundred percent.""The cost of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops is high and has room for improvement.""The only thing we have found to be detrimental is when we have tried to find training. I realize that we're looking at it at the worst time possible, with a pandemic going on, but it seems that most of the training offered is learn-by-yourself online.""I think improvement around the Analytics piece is super important. There has been a lot of maturity over the last year in that area, though a lot more needs to be done. Also, a lot more of the value of those Analytics needs to be sold to end users. Citrix is working on a lot of things that are ahead of the curve and a lot of organizations aren't quite there yet with implementing those technologies and capabilities.""They need to adapt more quickly to the latest additions to the Microsoft operating system. If Windows 10 comes out with a new version, there are compatibility issues and it takes them a lot of time to release an update.""The monitoring and management is in need of improvement.""Pricing can be lower and roaming profiles need to be fixed to work consistently."

More Citrix DaaS (formerly Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops service) Cons →

"They could improve the reporting.""The solution may not scale well for enterprises.""One challenge we do notice is that the application is limited to Windows servers only. If a customer has a Linux server, things get complicated. They should open it up a bit to be more compatible with different types of servers.""There is room for improvement in the pricing policy. The price point is pretty aggressive."
