Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"The Enterprise Dropbox solution is highly integrated with Microsoft's Office 365 and Azure products.""Easy to manage and fully secure.""Citrix has a very good file auditing features and security features.""ShareFile gives you all of the features of cloud providers, but in an on-premises solution.""It's user-friendly for end users.""The solution is scalable.""The solution would query the Active Directory, and if new accounts were identified, Citrix ShareFile would add them automatically.""This provides us with a secure way of sending tax returns without having to use passwords."

"We value the collaboration levels that are offered. Having everything integrated in a single platform is a dream come true for us.""The product can scale easily.""The valuable features of this solution are ease of use, performance is great, and collaboration. It is very easy to share and joins documents.""A complete integrated environment for our business. I get Google docs, Gmail, online space, and calendar where I can easily perform all documentation, storage, and communications online.""It's secure. It offers data security and user privacy. I use it for personal purposes. The interface is okay, and it's easy to use.""G Suite Enterprise is scalable.""Being able to back up our data on Google Drive is a critical and valuable feature for our customers. It is just in sync. Imagine you change a file on the desktop, and it gets updated directly to your Google Drive. Our laptop is completely in sync with Google Drive. Google Meet, Google Sheets, and Google Docs are also amazing products. They're very versatile and easy to use as compared to Office 365. I am using Google Sheets and Google Docs, which first save the work on my memory or ROM, and then on my RAM. It gives me better productivity through Google Sheets and Google Docs.""The email is excellent."

Cons
"The user interface is not very intuitive.""My only issue with this solution is the cost, which should be improved.""The configuration on the mobile devices is a little clunky, in terms of setting up the application.""DLP features are lacking and required because, especially with everyone working from home, security is now paramount when the data is on BYOD devices.""There are sometimes scalability issues after updates.""Some of our customers are facing issues if they've deployed in hybrid mode.""They should integrate the solution with more email services.""Everything they have should be integrated into one item."

More Citrix ShareFile Cons →

"The UI could be more graphic and sassy, but otherwise, it is quite functional.""I talked with G Suite recently because my G Suite has a temporary block. I communicated with the G Suite representative or Google representative, and he told me that I sent a lot of emails, so my email was temporarily blocked. But I know I have not sent more than 500 emails daily to reach the limit. I sent only 5,200 emails, but unfortunately, my G Suite account was temporarily blocked for 24 hours, and then he resolved it. I think they need to improve G Suite because this temporary block is not fair.""Some people complain that Google Mail is inflexible. It was advanced 10 years ago, but other solutions are cleaner and clearer.""The tool should improve its on-prem capabilities to include people who are working offline. The pricing is also a challenge for both the Indian and overseas markets. The tool has a cap of 300 licenses. The product's price has also increased by 10 percent. Businesses are struggling to justify the ROI. Users cannot block emails unless they have a strong firewall.""And I think Google Translate could add more features. For example, it could be integrated when typing in a document or a web browser like Grammarly.""There could be more options in Google G Suite. They can include HD calling for Google Meet. The layout portion in the calendar for Google G Suite can be better designed. When we get into the calendar and start scheduling meetings, we do have few hiccups here and there. The layout can be a little easier. People from different backgrounds are finding it a little bit tough to understand. It should be more intuitive. At the moment, it has a completely white background. To do power saving, it would be good if they can release a darker background. There are a few issues with the formatting of Google Docs when they get converted to Microsoft docs. It would be amazing if they can resolve it in the next release.""There are 120 different products and Google is ready to copy their competitors and vice versa. Some of them work, and some of them don't. There are many newer tools with no-code environments which allow for a leaner self-owned system, where I'm not tied to paying hundreds and thousands of dollars a year to another company.""In the next release, I would like to see more encryption of documents, mail, and things like that. There should be a better way to encrypt mail and documents that are pushed through this system. That would be some improvement or additional features that could be good to have."
