We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use.
Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"We like the model device factory for iOS and Android devices.""The main core concept behind this product is, it takes the overhead of maintaining all of your devices or particular computers. It continuously adds the latest devices that are coming into the market.""Local testing for products with no public exposure is an advantage in development.""I like that it offers full device capability.""It just added some flexibility. There was nothing that improved our coding standards, etc. because all of our UIs were functional before we tried it.""I've worked on testing integrations with BrowserStack, particularly with a platform called IT. This involves testing the registration process, including receiving verification codes on devices and phones. BrowserStack has been excellent for testing these integrations, providing a seamless workflow development experience.""The most valuable feature of BrowserStack is the ability to do manual testing.""The product guides and resources are extensive and very helpful."

"The utmost importance lies in the performance of the application.""The interface is user-friendly.""API mockups, functional testing, and load testing are valuable features.""The tool’s scalability is very good.""ReadyAPI has the power to enrich all the technical work. You can achieve any complex task using ReadyAPI. I can also do UI automation with ReadyAPI. In a few test cases, we want to check the API and the equivalent UI. I download a job and write a piece of Groovy or Java code. It's almost the same in ReadyAPI. I can do that in a single test case. ReadyAPI is a powerful tool because you can do anything you want, but only you need to download the right set of jobs and produce the right set of code.""The out-of-the-box support for the database is a valuable feature.""The solution offers excellent integration capabilities.""The most valuable features are that it is user-friendly, it's easy to use and easy to teach to others."

Cons
"I would like to see clearer visibility.""I haven't seen AI in BrowserStack, making it in an area where improvements are required in the product.""It is difficult to use for someone who has little to no experience.""While I was testing I was not 100% sure a that was properly mimicking the browsers or not. We had some issues with a browser, and the reason was the browser itself does not provide any support. If the local system does not provide any support, I think this was the problem. There should be better integration with other solutions, such as JIRA.""Sometimes BrowserStack is really slow and devices are not loading. it is really annoying and that's why we bought several newer devices because sometimes it's affecting us a lot.""One of the biggest issues with BrowserStack is that if you don't have your network set up by the book, it's hard to get it to work with local desk machines.""The solution is slow.""We are struggling to do local testing."

"SoapUI Pro is a little heavy due to the number of features. Previously it was not that heavy. Now the tool is too heavy, they should work on fixing this issue because until your system has lots of resources, you won't be able to use it seamlessly. The performance of the application itself could improve.""I find that I'm fighting with the opportunities to order requests.""I would like more documentation, training, tutorials, etc. Also, I don't particularly appreciate that I have to save everything. It takes up a lot of space on my laptop, but I have to install the WSDL again If I don't save it.""We tried automation but it's not easy to integrate with the synching and some of the mission tools that we use for automated testing of APIs.""The UI could be a bit more flexible.""SoapUI Pro could improve by having dashboards.""The documentation needs to be improved because the interface is not easy for a first-time user.""If the load and bare minimum could be defined, I would give this solution a higher rating."
