"I would like to see a machine learning model to make the solution more intelligent.""One major area that requires improvement in ABBYY Vantage is its current JSON output format.""Not a ten because sometimes some documents have handwritten data. If they fix that or if they can improve on that, that would be great. It will save a lot of time for a lot of people, and it will allow people with less experience with ABBYY to be able to use it.""ABBYY's support model could be improved because we get some complaints from customers regarding the amount of time it takes and the kind of responses we get.
