Customer service really needs to be improved. If the customer support was better, I would recommend it to others more than I do now. Considering that you have to pay yearly for support, I expect a higher level of support. <\/span><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Aruba Wireless is a good product, but it still has some issues, especially at the beginning, where there's inconsistent syncing between the cloud and the APs. Sometimes, there's also a little lag when accessing the query.<\/span><\/div><\/div><\/div>

One area for improvement in Aruba Wireless is its dashboard or interface because in some cases, it's not as easy to use as it should be, but overall, it's okay.\n\nPricing for the product is also on the higher side.\n\nAnother area for improvement in Aruba Wireless is technical support because it's hard to reach when issues arise and the speed of answer could be faster.\n\nOther areas for improvement in the product include integration and configuration.<\/span><\/div><\/div><\/div>
