What is our primary use case?

Some customers say they have compliance issues and cannot move their solutions to a cloud version. We suggest that those customers use an on-premises version such as Trend Micro for security and regular compliance.

What needs improvement?

The solution should provide a more user-friendly interface. The device must be user-friendly for the vendor information administrator.

I have been using Trend Micro InterScan Messaging Security for six months. 

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

It is a stable solution. 

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

It is a scalable solution. Sometimes there are some issues and when we cannot solve them, we have to seek help from the technical support team. 

Currently, there are seven to ten customers. 

How are customer service and support?

Trend Micro's technical support team is good. 

How was the initial setup?

The initial setup is straightforward. Some incident time is needed for updates. The deployment is done by the technical team and then passed on to the operating team. The solution is on-premises with the agent and later we can provide the customers with the cloud version. 

A team member and I go to the customer locations and deploy the solution.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

Trend Micro is an expensive solution. 

What other advice do I have?

All customers need to use SysTrack. This helps us to secure our email and our payments when needed from time to time. I rate the overall solution a seven out of ten.
