An absolutely stable and easy to set up solution with a user-friendly dashboard
Pros and Cons
  • "The feature for signing documents is important to me."
  • "I'm not sure whether the solution has a mobile version or mobile dashboard, but that would be nice."

What is our primary use case?

We use this tool in our daily work with our PKI.

What is most valuable?

The feature for signing documents is important to me.

The user-friendly dashboard is quite good.

What needs improvement?

I'm not sure whether the solution has a mobile version or mobile dashboard, but that would be nice.

Also, I'm not sure whether password management is offered, but if not, that would be great.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using this solution for two to three years.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

The solution is absolutely stable.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

The solution is scalable, for sure. You can use it on hundreds of thousands of computers. There are about 100,000 people currently using this solution in my organization. From the CEO to the technicians, everyone uses it. Only two or three people are needed for maintenance.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

We used to use a solution from Nexus. I'm not the decision-maker, but I guess it was a question of functionality and pricing.

How was the initial setup?

The initial setup was absolutely straightforward. It was quite fast. I can't really remember doing it, so it must have been very quick.

What about the implementation team?

We got the solution pre-configured by Intercede MyID services, and then implementation was done by our own team.

What other advice do I have?

I would absolutely recommend this product to others.

I would rate this solution as a nine out of ten.

Which deployment model are you using for this solution?

On-premises
