I like the workflow. It enables us to configure the envelope and send it to multiple people for signatures. We can structure the signature. The users can sign the document in a particular order or all at the same time.

The support is not accessible sometimes to African businesses.

I've not had any issues with the product’s stability. The service is top-notch. I rate the stability a ten out of ten.

I rate the solution’s scalability a nine out of ten. We can easily increase the tool’s capacity. We can also increase the number of envelopes at any time.

The setup is seamless. The product is deployed on the cloud. Once the licensing part has been taken care of, we can set up the product in less than three hours.

The tool is expensive. Many clients in Nigeria cannot afford the solution due to the exchange rate. If the vendor can create a pricing package that is flexible and suitable for our currency, it will be really helpful. The billing should consider local currency.

I used a Nintex product before.

I will recommend the tool to people who are not from Nigeria. Overall, I rate the product an eight and a half out of ten.

Signing the documents directly on the screen is complicated for the solution. They should improve this particular area.
