However, compared to other solutions like FortiMail and Trend Micro Cloud Email, we rate its effectiveness slightly lower. Overall, while the signature-based detection works well, some users have reported occasional false positives, especially when integrated with the firewall. Nonetheless, the majority of customers using Sophos Email are satisfied with its performance.
I believe that Sophos Email is not as effective as FortiMail and Trend Micro. To address this, improvements can be made in rule-based functionalities, offering more tools and options to customers. Enhancing rule creation and customization features would provide users with greater control over their email security settings. Specifically, adding more custom rules would be beneficial in this regard.

I recommend Sophos Email, especially for small and medium-sized companies, due to its excellent pricing, simplicity, and effectiveness. It's a solution that works perfectly well for our needs in this market segment. Overall, I would rate it seven out of ten.
