What is our primary use case?

I use Mailchimp for digital marketing purposes, such as creating and managing email campaigns, collecting data, and integrating with WordPress websites.

What is most valuable?

I find Mailchimp to be user-friendly and a good option for digital marketers.

What needs improvement?

Mailchimp could be more user-friendly for setting up WordPress websites. Some of the complex settings can be time-consuming to configure.

So, setting up Mailchimp for WordPress websites can be time-consuming for an average user but not necessarily difficult.

It's time-consuming, especially when adding custom code to email campaigns. It requires some experience and knowledge to do it effectively.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using this solution for four years now.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

I would rate the stability a seven out of ten. I have faced issues occasionally when sending campaigns, some emails might land in spam folders. There's room for improvement in spam filtering.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

It is pretty scalable. I would rate the scalability a nine out of ten.

How was the initial setup?

The deployment time depends on the purpose and complexity of the setup.

For simple email submission forms, it's quick and easy. However, for more elaborate forms and integrations, it may take a little bit more time.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

I primarily use the free version, but sometimes, for specific client needs, we may have to purchase different versions or packages. So, I use a combination of the free version and paid plans depending on the requirements.

What other advice do I have?

Overall, I would rate the solution an eight out of ten. I would recommend using Mailchimp; it is currently the best email marketing solution available.
