Good for printing and viewing and has an easy setup
Pros and Cons
  • "Brava Print is one of the most famous features. This feature is used by almost all of our engineering department users to print the drawings and learn the details of their products."
  • "Brava needs improvement in the mass documents view."

What is our primary use case?

We use Brava to view drawings and print them in Brava Print. We basically use Brava View and Brava Print functionalities of the Brava application a lot in our organization. It is very helpful.

The business use is for getting all detailed drawings through Brava Print. We currently use Brava only for printing and viewing and we do not know if it has more features. Maybe we need a knowledge base article to know more about it and also how to use it.

How has it helped my organization?

It helps businesses to print drawings in mass but quickly. That way, production will not need to be waiting for a long time to get the required drawings.

If Brava has more options we would like to know about it. Business uses for getting all detailed drawings through Brava print. Businesses would love to have more features of Brava if available.

We currently use Brava only for printing and viewing and we do not know if it has more features.

What is most valuable?

Brava View and Brava Print are more useful for completing the business targets on a day-to-day basis in the Production area. This improves our production's ability to complete their tasks as expected. It also improves their efficiency at work.

Brava Print is one of the most famous features. This feature is used by almost all of our engineering department users to print the drawings and learn the details of their products.

Most of our business users only utilize Brava View and Brava Print functionalities. But we still need to learn more about Brava if it has more features.

What needs improvement?

Brava needs improvement in the mass documents view. We still need to learn more about Brava to see if it has more features.

A straightforward tool for its purpose, but there is a problem with speed and stability
Pros and Cons
  • "It does what it says it does. It's pretty straightforward and easy to use."
  • "It doesn't run smoothly on every computer. I have it at home as well, and my old laptop is struggling to work with it properly. There is a problem with speed and stability."

What is our primary use case?

If I want to send a Word file and don't want anyone to be able to edit it, I convert it to a PDF and then send it. Of course, this is done through Office 365, and when they send me a document, I open it with the Acrobat Reader.

I am using Adobe Acrobat X.

What is most valuable?

It does what it says it does. It's pretty straightforward and easy to use. It's a good tool for its purpose.

What needs improvement?

It doesn't run smoothly on every computer. I have it at home as well, and my old laptop is struggling to work with it properly. There is a problem with speed and stability. For what it does, it should be faster.

It could be easier to edit the PDF files instead of having to get the advanced version.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using this solution for several years.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

The scalability is okay.

How was the initial setup?

Setup is straightforward.

What other advice do I have?

I would rate this solution 6 out of 10.

It does what it says it does, but from time to time, the latest versions have been too slow.
