Simplifies payroll processing and reduces the need for extensive marketing efforts while providing scalability, compliance, and excellent stability
Pros and Cons
  • "The advantage was that ADP Streamline was inherently designed to serve as a marketing engine for the company."
  • "I think there is a need for a deeper level of comprehension."

What is our primary use case?

We used it for our payroll processing needs. It was handled in-house, with data transmission occurring through the PPC tool.

What is most valuable?

The advantage was that ADP Streamline was inherently designed to serve as a marketing engine for the company. The process did not necessitate additional effort to promote payroll outsourcing, as ADP Streamline took care of the marketing aspect. Initially, it was focused on a limited number of clients, around fifty or sixty, in 2011. However, over time, the client base had expanded significantly to around six hundred clients.

What needs improvement?

I believe there is room for enhancement in the scope of services. We encountered challenges at times in clearly defining it, particularly because the firewall domain is extensive and demands localization for this service. Consequently, there is occasional confusion regarding whether a service falls under the standard category or is considered an add-on. I think there is a need for a deeper level of comprehension.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using it for six years.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

It provides excellent stability. I would rate it ten out of ten.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

I would rate the scalability ten out of ten. There are approximately twenty to twenty-five users within our organization.

How are customer service and support?

We rarely encountered issues, so there was no need to reach out to technical support.

How was the initial setup?

The initial setup was straightforward.

What about the implementation team?

The deployment process was straightforward as it was an online tool, requiring no specific deployment actions. Accessing the tool was as simple as using a username and password.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

Our company had a standardized pricing model based on the number of employees.

What other advice do I have?

Overall, I would rate it ten out of ten.

We use it for payroll and reporting purposes.

What is most valuable?

I like the reporting feature as it allows me to generate reports independently without relying on a payroll consultant. I also appreciate the user-friendly nature of the tool.
