I use the solution for very simple things. We use the product in the legal department to do application agreements. I send forms for clients to sign. I created a template and sent it to the client.
The easiest route - we'll conduct a 15 minute phone interview and write up the review for you.
Use our online form to submit your review. It's quick and you can post anonymously.

The document could be sent around to everyone to fill in and sign out. We could send contracts to the relevant person's email, and they would get it and sign it. Then, the finalized document would be sent to everyone, which made the process very easy.
I was able to get very proficient with the solution. It was easy to use.
It was very convenient that we could just upload a PDF and create some fields where people could fill in the information and save it as a template.
It was easy to send it around to only the relevant parties.
It was much simpler than sending around physical copies.
The solution was easy to fill out and move to the proper places. Using it was much more reliable and less prone to errors.
Since it wasn't handwritten, it was more legible.
You could automatically send reminders to people to help prompt action and remove the need for follow-up. You could also send reminders manually.
It's quite stable.
I do not recall having any issues with the product.
At the time, when I was building fields to be editable by the recipient, I recall having some issues. However, that was a while ago. I can't recall the exact issue. I simply recall it being slightly difficult.
I'm not sure if this option was available; however, after having the form signed, I had to send it to a third party that would take the form and deals with it. There wasn't an option to have the forms, once signed, to a third party. Just the parties that had signed would get a final copy.
I used the solution for a while. I stopped using it. However, I have used it within the last 12 to 18 months. I used it in total for two to three years.
The solution was stable and reliable. I never had a failure.
I did not attempt to scale the solution.
We had ten to 15 users on the solution.
I did not deal with technical support.
Our client suggested this solution to me, which is why I used it.
I changed jobs, and I'm no longer using any solution.
I was not involved in the deployment process.
The solution did not require any maintenance. Any maintenance needed was likely done by SignNow.
We did witness a very good ROI. It made everything more streamlined. Everyone was happy with it.
This is a SaaS product. We did have to pay a fee in order to use it.
My understanding is the price was not the least expensive; however, for a medium-sized company, it was affordable.
I was an end-user.
I'd recommend the solution. People should try it. It would probably help reduce workloads.
I would rate the solution eight out of ten.
My primary use case for this solution is for agreements for the customers.
Before we started using SignNow, we used to send enrollment agreements to our customers via email, manually asking them to sign those agreements. It was troublesome for them to print the agreements out, sign them, scan them, and then send them back. That was causing a lot of issues when it comes to getting the agreement before the actual contract starts.
The reminder feature is also very important. When we send them this agreement electronically, it looks nice to the customer.
Before we had this solution, we had about 30% of customers that didn't sign agreements. Now that we have SignNow, that number has dropped to less than five percent.
The feature I like a lot is the ability to transfer files to our cloud servers.
The area I think this solution can improve is user features. It didn't make sense for us to have individual user licensing. We have one license for the whole company and since agreements are public knowledge to us, there are no secrets to hide and keep confidential. Ideally, we'd like a way to create a super user under a master user, instead of paying for different type of accounts for each user.
I have been using this solution for about seven months.
I would rate the stability of this solution a 10, on a scale from one to 10, with one being the worst and 10 being the best.
I would rate the scalability of this solution a nine, on a scale from one to 10, with one being the worst and 10 being the best. There are six people using this solution in our company right now.
I would rate the technical support of this solution a 10, on a scale from one to 10, with one being the worst and 10 being the best. The reason for this rating is, even though I contacted them only once, I had a lot of questions and they answered them promptly.
Positive
Previous to SignNow, we tried using DocuSign, but I think it was too strict and passive compared to our needs and SignNow was a perfect solution for our company.
The initial setup process was straightforward. I didn't have to have IT department help, but I rather did it myself. It was easy and straightforward.
I would say that we have seen a return on our investment.
My impression is that the pricing is pretty good. Based on the fact that we have one license that is being shared by six people, it's pretty good. We initially considered having a license for everyone individually but that was going to cost too much. We decided to have the enterprise account because of the branding. We decided on the enterprise plan because we could brand with it, which is a feature the lower-level accounts do not have.
I would advise other people looking into this solution, before they buy a license, to get a trial version and test it.
I would rate this solution as a whole a nine, on a scale from one to 10, with one being the worst and 10 being the best.
