Co>Operating System is pretty stable, and if there are any bugs, they are generally reported, and patches are released very quickly, within the space of a month.

Co>Operating System is scalable - you can integrate as much as you want, depending on your workload.

Ab Initio's technical support is responsive and helpful. They also have a helpful support community.

What is our primary use case?

My primary use of this solution is in the banking sector to process financial movements and generate reports. I also use it in the risk area of banking to detect thefts and risky behaviors.

What is most valuable?

Ab Initio reaches the highest performance and is very flexible in processing huge amounts of data. 

What needs improvement?

An awesome improvement would be big data solutions, for example, implementing some kind of business intelligence or neural networks for artificial intelligence. In the next release, I would like them to include big data and solutions in the cloud.

For how long have I used the solution?

I've been using this solution for around eight years.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

Ab Initio is quite stable.

This solution is very scalable.

How are customer service and support?

An Initio's technical support is very good - I think it's the best support I've ever had.

How was the initial setup?

The initial setup was straightforward, but you do need to learn some things in advance of installing it.

What other advice do I have?

This product will benefit big corporations with large amounts of data, but it's not suitable for small companies. I would rate it ten out of ten.
