What is our primary use case?

It was one of the complex products used in our company earlier. My company has stopped using Adobe Campaign, and moved to another marketing software for distribution.

I will not be able to comment on the product's email marketing strategy since there might have been upgrades in the tool. My company used to face a lot of problems with the product's email marketing strategy, owing to which we had to have a manual team in place to go on the software and fill out the details to send out an email.

What is most valuable?

The most valuable feature of the solution stems from the hierarchical structure where all the data is stored, allowing users to go and check it out whenever they want.

What needs improvement?

The problems we faced with Adobe Campaigns in my company stemmed from the fact that it was very complex software. In my company, it did not allow us to expose APIs to do the stuff we require in our company. The aforementioned area can be considered for improvement in the product.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have experience with Adobe Campaign till ten months ago. My company is a customer of Adobe.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

There were no stability issues in the product.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

It is a scalable solution, but my company did not have to use its scalability feature since we don't have a large client base. 

My company has a team consisting of 15 to 20 developers who used to use Adobe Campaign.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

My company chose Amazon Pinpoint over Adobe Campaign. Amazon Pinpoint is a better option than Adobe Campaign.

The biggest problem with Adobe Campaign was that it does not expose APIs, but it is not an issue that we face with Amazon Pinpoint in our company.

I don't know how the software is built. As a user and a developer who wants to use marketing software in the market, I know that Adobe Campaign does not expose APIs while Amazon Pinpoint does expose APIs, which is why my company does not need to invest in manual tasks.

How was the initial setup?

The product's installation phase was easy.

The solution can be deployed in a few hours since it is available on the App Store, where you can download it and log in to use it.

What other advice do I have?

I am not aware of whether our company used the product's features to segment and target audiences.

I am not aware if the product helped improve my company's marketing efficiency.

Analytics was a good part of Adobe Campaign.

I don't know whether the product required any maintenance.

I rate the overall tool a seven out of ten.

What is our primary use case?

I used the solution for general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and indirect tax. Currently, I am working with the expense module. We use Oracle Fusion Service to configure things and support after going live.

The most valuable feature of the solution is that customers can easily understand it. What we are delivering is very simple and optimistic.

Oracle Fusion Service is a scalable solution. Approximately, 10,000 users are using the solution in our organization.

Whenever I raised a service request, I got good experience and solutions to my problems from the technical support team.

Oracle Fusion Service is a cheap and flexible solution.

What other advice do I have?

Oracle Fusion Service is deployed on the cloud in our organization. I would recommend the solution to other users. I am able to integrate the solution's capabilities and my workflow. It is easy for somebody to learn to use Oracle Fusion Service for the first time. Oracle Fusion Service is easy for the client to understand, and we can build things according to the customer's needs.

Overall, I rate the solution ten out of ten.
